Backstage Magic: The Glam Squad Who Made Our Dancers Shine
Sequins, spotlights, and standing ovations wouldn’t be the same without the unsung heroes behind the curtain. This year, the Glam Squad — Kerikeri’s finest hair and makeup artists — worked tirelessly to transform our dancers and judges into stage-ready stars.
Led by Laurel Stratford (hair) and Katy Jane (makeup), the team included Bex Fennessy, Chris Mowat, Angelique Hohaia, Pip Jones, Sonia Merlo, Bayley Moor, Annalise Bergman, Anna Hewlett, and Olena (Lena) Latysheva. Together, they donated their time, products, and artistry — a combined contribution worth more than $30,000.
